Ini Stephen Oghenekaro, FoN, A.CIArB, F.PRP

Stephen holds first Degree double honors in Sociology and Anthropology from the Prestigious University of Benin, Edo State, Nigeria. The Founder and President of Streal Penavard Technology LLC, a leading software development firm in Nigeria transforming the Tech Ecosystem of Africa.

Stephen shares an experience at McKinsey USA and also holds a professional Certificate in Strategic policy development and leadership Studies at the McKinsey academy. He is an Ambassador representing Nigeria at the United Nations Change the World-Global Peace Organization and a member of the Chartered institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom. Stephen has a track record on a number of national committees that has shaped the growth of institutes of Science and Technology in Nigeria.

He is an Entrepreneur in Technology and Media expert, co-founder of MyClig social media App that exited in the year 2021 with over 10,000 users. He is set to launch new tech products to play a principal role in the growing African Technology Market.

He sits on the board of Hanaini Construction as appointed Executive Director in November 2022, he was charged with the responsibility of championing the firm’s diversification through strategic Merger and Acquisitions.
Stephen is a philanthropist and an advocate for a better educational system in Nigeria, he has granted scholarships to undergraduate students and also runs a bursary scholarship program that targets the fees payment of 10,000 undergraduates across Nigeria over a period of 10years and started with 20 students sponsored across the 6 Geo-Political Zones of Nigeria. He hopes to attain the full capacity of this project exponentially through private sponsorship and strategic partnerships.

Stephen is a young technocrat, politician and a leader per excellence, he has served on the continent’s regional scale as Director of International Affairs and Public Strategy at the West Africa Youth Fellowship. In his most formidable stage in life, Stephen has proven his excellence in leadership and a zest for nation building in several capacities.
